How it works
OPTASE Allergy Eye Drops contain Ectoin®, a natural cell-protective molecule with inflammation-reducing and membrane-stabilizing properties.
OPTASE Allergy Eye Drops is an isotonic solution and can be used to treat and prevent symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis. Itchy, red, or watery eyes can effectively be alleviated.
Ectoin is a natural substance gained from microorganisms that live in an extreme environment (e. g. salt lakes).
Ectoin increases the binding of water at the cells of the ocular surface. This forms a physiologic barrier on the conjunctiva against allergenic acting substances.
OPTASE Allergy Eye Drops protects against the harmful influences of allergens and supports the regeneration process of irritated and sensitive conjunctiva.

Usage Instructions
- Apply 1-2 drops of OPTASE Allergy Eye Drops per eye several times a day
- If necessary, OPTASE Allergy Eye Drops can be used multiple times per hour
- Detach one ampoule from the strip and open it by twisting off the tab
- Children 10 years of age and younger and patients unable to use OPTASE Allergy Eye Drops on their own should be assisted during application
- After usage, the remaining liquid must be discarded, it is not intended for later usage
